Terrible terrible service

I am so disappointed with this insurance company I am in tears. I have been with them since I bought my car. I missed a premium and I made an arrangement to pay the following week. Before the week was even over they had already canceled my policy.

I have been on the phone with their consultants for a straight week and they all keep saying they will call me back.

And they never do. With this kind of service and chasing around just to reinstate a policy, I am starting to doubt that they will even pay for anything should an issue arise.

I know there are many other insurance companies out there but for some reason I really had high hopes.

Complete turn off and useless.
