Terrible customer service, poor turn around times!

Terrible customer service. I’ve been waiting on feedback regarding my Claim No: HMB030785CLM/204072 for two weeks now still no response. All I get as response is that my case is still with senior validators, when I try follow up with them, no answer at all. My car has been parked for two weeks with no sign of getting repaired. I’ve been with this company for more than two years and this is my first claim I’ve lodged, I’m so disgusted with the appalling service I’ve received. The company needs to respond by this week, otherwise I’m taking legal action!!
