taking my money without my approval

Hi I joined the Regent insurance for dent n scratches last year bt whn I claimed the company ddnt want to pay me so I decided to stop the policy 3 months ago bt they stil deducting my money bt whn I phne them they r telling me that they've cancelled the pocillicy. Now whn I phne them I dnt get the right person to help me they game me the numbers that doesn't exist @ all so I dnt knw what to do anymore plz help me to stop this guyz n refund me my money that they took after cancelling the policllicy.
