Still waiting for issue to be resolved!!!
After my hellopeter Report last week I am still waiting for feedback as to why I was billed for unrequested car hire insurance. Have I made a huge mistake leaving my last insurance company for another that can not charge correctly, respond to clients, answer phone calls. Can only imagine the trouble should I ever need to claim.
