Shortfall cover that DIDN'T cover me - upset is an understatement !!! :(

<p>I was involved in an accident and my car was written off. I had taken an adcover policy with Regent that covered me for shorfall cover, excess cover, accident cover as well as lifestyle cover. Upon claiming, Regent failed to pay off my full shortfall and maintained that they only pay up to R6000 whereas the terms of my contract with them stated that I was covered for up to R500 000. I am highly disappointed at the service I received and I am even more disappointed at the fact that almost every financier uses Regent as an underwriter and for so long as I am financed, I can't run away from doing business with them. </p>
