SHAME ON YOU

Hi a claim was lodged with Regent on 25.01.16 iro of an accident, cl DMT070318 CLM,its gone more than 3 weeks without and positive response, I am without a vehicle since, my car could have been repaired and back on the road. I would need an urgent feedback from the director as to what is going on. from a large organisation<br> of your standing is totally unacceptable. pls could you forward me the directors details and contact number.<br> by simply saying its receiving attention is not sufficient
