******* Policies

I have a policy with Regent for Paintech Auto Body warranty, Policy Number PAB255562POL which I have been paying for 2 years. I had a scratch on my car and a damaged Mag which I called the Insurance in April to put a claim for that and I was told that they will call me back, but they never did. I followed up with a call but they still promised to call me back and still never did. Today 11/05/2015 when I call, I get told they cant help me my policy expired End of April. I am really disappointed with Regent and its services and I really think their service is a ******* to customers as they did that deliberately so that my policy can expire and not help me. I think its better to cancel all my policies with them and will never recommend anyone to regent.
