Regent/Hollard robs investors

I had a 5 years investment with Regent of R265 pm, they debited up to the 61st month which makes R16 165 if they are robbing me of my interest. To my surprise they only transferred R13 628-65 into my account. I then went to their offices in Durban to complain and they promised the complaints department will get in touch with me which never happened.
