Regent wants money - Until they have to pay...

On the 19th of July my house was broken into by means of force. Various items to the value of oddly R100k+ was ****** from my house. I contacted Regent Insurance and was given a claim form & told that the assessor will contact me. I submitted the Claim form and was contacted by Mr Sarel Marais(Assessor). He advised me that he will be available to assess my home on the following Friday(24th). I accepted & advised him that i wont be there myself, but i will arrange for someone to open the house for him. Mr Marais assessed my home and requested several documents,etc. I submitted what i had, and he submitted his report to Regent, whom failed to contact me for more than a week. After the entire debacle & struggling to get communication, i was advised that there were no forced entry signs into my garage door(main POE), and they are rejecting my claim unless i can get some sort of report from the repairman. I submitted the report today 15.09.15 to Regent. The issue i have is that to date i have received no happiness from Regent & i will be conducting a mass social media exploit because of this. I want my claim paid or Regent will have many many more BAD publicity to come.....Thanks
