Regent unreachable

I have a dent & scratches policy with Regent..im trying to put in claim which is basically a nightmare....what is this M Sure? Everytime i call Regent i end up at M sure which can not help me with anything so don't tell me about M Sure, i took a policy with Regent not M sure. Get your house in order.
