Regent Travel insurance NIGHTMARE

We were two persons who travelled to Italy, took out the Regent travel insurance at AA travel. We got ****** the first day in Italy from the airport of all our belongings. After sending all paperwork to regent, our claims only got registered after we constantly phoned them. Despite giving Regent the police reports and other evidence we are still battling to finalize our claims and they constantly looking for excuses not to finalize the claims. What a nightmare. STRONGLY NOT RECCOMENDED!!!!!
