I've had my car insurance with Regent since January 2011. On Monday, 30 April 2018, I contacted Regent to change my residential address. When I received my revised policy I noticed that my policy with Regent went up from R568 to R767. On asking why it shot up with R200 the reply was that I have changed addresses, and the premium can either be decreased, increased or stay the same. It is totally ridiculous as that new premium is only for car insurance. Regent, you have lost another client.
