Regent not willing to get my excess back

I was involved in a accident where two cars stopped next to each other at a T-junction (only one lane to left). I was on the left turning left. The vehicle on my right turned left in front of me and we had an accident. Photos clearly show what happened. The other vehicle's insurance company refuse to admit their clients fault and due to the low amount of the damages Regent is not willing to push them for my excess and therefore not pay me my excess. So as client of Regent I have to except that and lose my excess and short it out myself.<br> <br> ONLY WHEN YOU CLAIM DO YOU FIND OUT HOW GOOD YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY IS<br> <br> STAY AWAY FROM REGENT!!!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND NOT THERE FOR YOU!!
