Regent is a ****

I have been insurured with regent for just over 2 and a half years. In august a bakkie skipped a red robot and drove into me. My car now a write off, they refuse to pay out! How can they do that after i paid them every month religously! They are supposed to claim from the person who drove into me insurance, but they just say they wont pay out. How am i supposed to pay a car that i dont even have anymore! They are a bunch of sharks who promise to keep in contact with you but never do always leaving you stressed about whats going to happen. They will be hearing from my lawyers! And they are going to recieve the short end of the stick once i am done posting reviews and going to the news and media! This is not acceptable!
