Regent Insurance - Unauthorised Debit Order Eagerness

I was recently contacted by what I think is an affiliate to Regent Insurance. To be specific, it was in August 2016.

The Telly-marketer, offered me a renewal policy to my existing Automotive After Sales Paint Protection Policy.

I accepted the renewal, but since my existing policy only lapses or would lapse at the last week of October this year, I specifically instructed that the policy effective only at November 1st which was the agreed first debit order strike date.

to my dismay, Regent Insurance, on the 1st of September 2016, went ahead an d merrily debited my account for this first payment of the renewal policy, without my convent of course.

I notified them about this irregularity on many occasions via mail and telephonically, but to date they have not even refunded me for the unauthorised debit orders, even after I was then forced to cancel the policy due to their unprofessionalism
