REGENT INSURANCE ****
I had a scratch and dent policy with Regent insurance. My vehicle got written off at the end of November, the insurance paid promptly, and then the GAP cover started processing my claim. Everything is in order except for the refund payment from Regent. The policy was cancelled with them on 24 December 2018. Today is the 18 January 2019 and still absolutely nothing. In the meantime I have no vehicle to get to work or take my child to school. Biggest mistake ever was this policy, never ever again.
