REGENT INSURANCE NOT WANTING TO PAY

<p>I started finding out the information from Regent Insurance about the surrender values of the 2 (Policy numbers ********** and ********** )policies I had with them, I was first given an amount of R5 631 and R2 631 respectively by Nomfundo. At 9:44 am the morning of the 02/03/2017 I sent the completed documentation. I followed up with them almost everyday on the progress of the policies and I was told by Mabel that it takes 7 - 10 working days for the payout which she advise was R4 969 and R2 163.34 respectively. I spoke to many different different staff members(including Nomfundo, Mabel, Byron, Sipho Ngwenya and Vuyo Kefeni) at Regent Insurance giving the same figures of R4 969 and R2 163 respectively.</p> <p> </p> <p>Eventually when they paid me R477.83 and R978.67 Byron advised that was just a refund of premiums.</p> <p> </p> <p>Onlyon the 15 March 2017 that I was told that the above mentioned figures were incorrect.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today REGENT INSURANCE sent me an email that they have paid me the right amounts of R477.83 and R978.67 were the correct amounts.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regent Insurance cannot be doing this to me.</p>
