Regent insurance is failing to pay clients claims

My sister N. B NKOMO has been paying Regent for over 8year 2weeks ago her husband passed away, and she send the documents claim until today she has not received her payout. and they are quick to deduct money the service is very bad, they don't deliver their promises this not the way supposed to treat their clients in the time when they need them please give my sister her payout now her numbers are *** anytime of the day.
