REGENT INSURANCE COMPANY POOR SERVICE ON FLEEK

<p>It is frustating to get terrible service when you are a client who pays on time, every single month. I strongly feel like Regent Insurance Company and or Collision Management Collision are robbing me off day light every single month by debiting R99.00 from my hard earned money.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was on the phone with several consultants until; they finally gave me Thandi Lugojolo who send me forms to fill in and send them back to her via email that was on the 01st of November. I did just that (fill their claim forms and send them back to Thandi) same day our email conversation went on until the 3rd of November 2016 she then went silent on me. I then send and email on the 07th of November 2016 following up, did I get a reply from her NO NO NO NO!! </p> <p> </p> <p>On the 01st of December 2016 I then send her an email following up AGAIN on my claim she then send me forms on the 07th of December 2016. She gave me forms to fill in again. I asked Thandi a simple question via email "when will I get a date to take my car in for wheel alignment" did I get a reply from her NO NO NO NO!!</p> <p> </p> <p>What's the point of giving my hard earned money to this insurance company when all I get is poor service for just wheel alignment?</p> <p> </p> <p>Does this mean I should wait another month before I would get a date to take my car in for wheel alignment?</p> <p> </p> <p>Did I the consultant explain the procedure to me NO, does the comapny debit every month YESSSSSSSS.
