Regent insurance company does not want to pay me my money

Greetings. I made a request for a full surrender with the investment policy that I have with Regent

I have done it on both ways. I made use of Hollard office at Bridgecity Mall in Durban as well as via their agent from whom I bought the product.

My application for this transaction was done in February 2019 but up to now nothing is happening. I did sent all the required documents as instructed.

I need assistance on this and to expose this company before they exploit many innocent people. Thank you
