Regent Insurance company

What a bad, poor service from Regent Insurance company. Been having a funeral policy with them, it's now 5 years and I'm supposed to be getting my cash back benefit that I am eligible for it. Tried calling but there's no response i don't know where does hollard fit in here. I'm sick and tired and I want to cancel it.
