REGENT INSURANCE BAD SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Dear Sir or Madam,<br> <br> On the 05 April 2015, I had a car accident following heavy rains and wet conditions, my Mercedes benz spinned out of control and eventually landing outside the road. Damaged sustained on the car were huge, while I came out without any serious injury. As is expected, I called the Insurance, in this case Regent, a division under Mercedes Benz. For the first time in my life I waited for more than two hours for regent to facilitate the dispatch of the towing truck, this is despite the fact that the truck was already on the scene waiting for approval to tow the car. And so my nightmare began.<br> <br> Despite submitting all documents and statements on time to Regent, to cut the story short, only on the 08 May 2015 was the claim finally concluded with a repudiation letter that read that the claim was rejected on the basis of a rear back tires whose tread are between 0mm and 1mm. Apart from the fact that this was not factually correct, the service since the claim was submitted was a nightmare. A nightmate is still an understatement, Lucas Mashiloane was the worst pathetic agent I have ever had to deal with on Insurance. The guy is hopelessly disorganised, This is bad!!!
