Regent Insurance - Bad, bad Services

<p>in September 2016, a taxi rammed into the back of my vito while in a traffic jam on the Grayston Bridge. I contacted Regent my insurance. The service I have received has been appauling. It has taken just over 3 months to get my vehicle to a panel beater autherised by them. I have had to push them by going to there offices, in order to get results. I have been dealing with Jabulile Ndala who has no clue as to how to deal with customers. Very little customer communication from this woman. I would not recommend them again</p> <p> </p>
