REGENT INSURANCE ARE ARE ROBBING PEOPLE THEY DONT CARE

I was recently involved in a car accident and I called REGENT HELP LINE they authorised for my vehicle to be towed to the penal beater by the help 24 the gentlemen I spoke to on the 11th July said they were working with them even instructed the towing guy to tow it to the Great south autobody . Now when I am trying to take my vehicle back from the panelbeater as I have no amount to pay the excess and I want to fix it my self. I sent Regent with the claim form for them to pay the towing company they are now sending me pillar to post no one knows anything I puted the claim online when the claim lady called me she said no they are no dealing with this account she transferred me to someone else also who could not assist the storage fees are accumulating daily no one knows anything
