Regent insurance a hell of an insurance company, period!!!!

They decreased my car insurance premium from R1141 to R962 in September but effective from October. Thereafter I got so shocked when they debited my account with R1340 in November, I suppose this was due to an annual increase. I contacted them several times regarding this huge increase and they told me they will resolve it and debit my account with the correct and reduced premium. That never happened as this Morning I got a notification of a debit of R1340 from this insurance company, meaning they didn't bother to resolve this matter, as long as they get what they want from my account then they are happy, they don't care about resolving customers 'issues. This means they don't see anything wrong with what they are doing as they don't bother to resolve customer queries. Maropeng ***
