Regent claims department, dont answer my calls

I had the bad experience with regent, you call their claims department , they put you on hold for 25 minutes ,then suddenly the call get dropped, I call again wait for another 30 minutes, again the my call gets dropped, now I am frustrated, because I only needed simple thing from them, proof of payment, because regent paid my car installment, mfc then deducted money from my account ,so in order for me to get my money back from mfc, they need that proof of payment from regent, now I dont know what to do, pls help
