REGENT AND HOLLARD INSURANCE ****MED ME

Regent insurance is a ****.Had insurance with them for small claims for my car like dents,tyres and stuff. When I had to claim, they sent me everywhere and they kept of asking who is my main insurer and I clearly said to them I dont want to claim through my main insurer since I have an excess and its more than what the tyre cost. Hollard agent the pretended as if they were putting me through to regent claims department only to find out later when I asked that they actuallt put me through to my main car insurer. They are *****,I feel ****** and used. They should be stopped.
