Regent

I am disappointed at the lack of knowledge and lack of professionalism by Hollard, which claims to be one thing with Regent. Regent cannot be reached on any available phone numbers, which is unfortunate. What is worse is hollard staff on ********** which is the only number reachable not being able to provide alternative means of contact. Surely management can provide another number, a cellphone number, a temporary means to genuinely assist a client. I am at a loss of words for how poorly s****ed the contact centre agents are. The purpose is to provide means of contact. No one even asked why I wanted to contact Regent, no one even bothered to ascertain if I could resolve the issue via email. Pathetic really.
