Refusing to cover as promised

Can anyone please explain this wording from the document you have sent to me: We are also delighted to inform you that your premiums will not increase in any way and your benefits remain unchanged. As a reminder, please note that the abovementioned policy assists you in the following instances: • Credit shortfall in the event of a total loss of your vehicle, subject to certain deductibles as per the policy conditions • If you have a valid total loss claim and at the time of the loss, there is no shortfall amount due to the Finance Company, we will refund an amount equal to your policy premiums • A contribution towards your comprehensive motor excess • Violation (in certain instances) should your comprehensive insurer refuse to settle your claim • We will pay the benefit for your accidental death and/or permanent total disability caused directly by an accident involving the insured motor vehicle. • Minor chips, dents and scratches as defined in the policy wording • Repairable damage to rims and mag wheels as defined in the policy wording • Repairable damage to windscreen as defined in the policy wording • Interior repairs which aims to maintain the safety and aesthetic appearance of your vehicle
