REFUSAL TO SUBMIT TAX. CERTIFICATE FOR A REACTIVATED POLICY

Policy no 262220 Retirement Annuity paid1/3 in 2015 the rest remained with the company as a rule of law2/3 2018/2019 financial year the deducted again activating an inactive policy according to Regend Life to an amount of R2,900 but SARS indicate R5,900 Sars is requesting a tax certificate for this money reactivated Regent s Manager Miss Mbali told me that the computer cannot generate a TAX Certificate for an inactive policy but they have activated it but continuing to deduct irrespective of the status of the policy now iam sitting with R6000 debt at SARS because of this Miss Mbali send me a letter that states that the policy has been closed in 2015 but does not state that they have been deducting All I need from Regent Life is a Tac certificate for these current deductions so that I don’t owe SARS any money
