poor service

<p>i signed for paintench scratch and dents, i called regent and the they told me they dont hve my details, explained to them what policy i have and was transfered to this other number which i kept holding for over 30 minutes. you hold for 10 min then options come up for you to choose, you hold another 10 minutes and the same thing happens until you give up. </p> <p>how will i get assistence if i cannot even get an answer to the number im calling</p>
