Poor poor utterly bad

<p>I took out a policy from one of there agents to only discover later its not what I wanted. I first cancelled in may within the grace period to cancel the policy I then sent a signed letter and id to them I then saw they deducted from me the policy amount of R319 I again contacted them and completed another form and they only refund me R96 I phoned them again and said they don't know about one of the policies the see only the life cover and not the education provider the service is bad really bad there agents came with gifts and food too bribe people into there policies I want feedback from REGENT why I can't get my money refunded please the agent was Mr Nicholas end contact person Jackie at or from ODINFIN call me for id and policy nr</p>
