Poor poor poor call centre

I have tried to the Regent call numerous times. I never ever succeeded. Their IVR SYSTEM just drops the call if they have no one to answer. Its really pathetic and unprofessional. I called numerous times to confirm if they received inspection document, they never picked up. I emailed them, they never responded. Now they did not debit this month's premium, they still not picking up calls. What is wrong with this company. <br> <br> May be this is the reason they have cheap premiums, its because their service is the cheapest ever.
