Policy surrender at Regent

This is the worst company I ever met in my life. If you surrender policy they dont pay your money back they keep telling you to give them your number they will call you back. You will wait until the end of day. They dont understand why you even surrender the policy. I hate this company I just want to surrender all my policies there and never deal with them in my life.
