Phone is never answered and no messages are responded

This insurance is really useless. No matter what time of the day you phone, the phone is either answered after holding for an hour or never answered at all.

Now I want to make a simple inquiry but they keep hanging up or transferring me to someone who I guess is not in the mood to talk.

This is unacceptable, after this claim we are definitely moving to another service provider.
