Pathetic service from Regent insurance

I had a policy from regent for my card scratch and sent when I didn't know I had. I emailed them to request for it to be cancelled immediately. They said it will be cancelled as of 2nd Dec. I then decided to claim and they are not responding to my emails. When calling the call centre they just keep and transferring me wasting my airtime and time. Still have not heard back from them I think that they want my policy to end so that they don't have to pay if I claim. Worst service I have ever had.
