PATHETIC SERVICE

My first claim they paid out. I had a second claim which they repudiated saying its wear and tear even though the policy is sold as an insurance to keep your car scratch free and looking new. <br> <br> I then made a claim for the repair of 2 of my magwheels (on 2 seperate occassions) a few months ago to be repaired and I was asked to contact Wheel Collision centre. They said they waiting for authorization from insurance company (Busi was handling the claim at the time). Since then they have not respond to any of my emails or even entertain any claims. <br> <br> This is an insurance which was marketed by VW when I purchased a brand new vehicle and was paid for in full for 2 years. Needless to say, their service has been nothing short of pathetic and they most certainly did not keep up to their end of the bargain. I will not advise anybody to take out this policy on their cars, because as far as I am concerned, it is just one big ****.
