Paint tech policy type incorrect, paid for platinum
<p>I took out a platinum paint tech policy on 23 January 2015 which is valid until 23 January 2019.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I phoned Regent Insurance to enquire about a claim they said I was on the lower BRONZE plan when in fact I paid R5500 for the maximum cover PLATINUM plan. </p> <p> </p> <p>My policy number is 003434- fix this and get back to me!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent several request to correct this on their system and phoned 3 times- still no correction made. Worst service and still can't claim as I should be able to. I am willing to take this to the ombudsman, as I am paying for a service which does not exist.</p>
