PAINT TECH AUTOBODY - USELESS BUNCH

I have been trying to get through to the claims department for the paintech auto body product BUT LO AND BE HOLD.....NO ONE IS PICKING UP THE PHONE at the call centre. What an *********** lot. Is this what you call customer service these days? I am so disgusted and irritated. What is the use of having a call centre WHEN WE TRY AND CALL IN NOBODY CARES TO EVEN DO WHAT THEY ARE PAID FOR AND ANSWER.<br> <br> USELESS BUNCH.<br> <br> MY CLAIM WILL NOT BE REJECTED FOR BEING REPORTED LATE WHEN YOU DO NOT ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONES!!!
