Regular communication and updates from Nhlanhla Ngwenya on the progress of my claim after my car accident. <br> <br> After the accident, the moving of my car from Cape Road Assist depot to Regent's depot and then being assessed took 4 weeks which wasn't ideal, however I was kept updated throughout with calls from Nhlanhla. <br> <br> Then after my car had been assessed and written off, my claim was settled and paid promptly within a few days. Then I cancelled my policy and my last premium was refunded within 2 days. So overall, very happy with your efficiency and good service, thank you.
