NOT reliable and trustworthy insurance comoany

I called the regent insurance company today at 10:00 am with regards to a concern I had as well as a claim I had. Never was I helped once but instead transferred all the time. The first time I called and it was the matter of me being transferred to different departments. It even got to a point where I was transferred to the wrong company which is the SA warranty. I requested that I be called at 12:00 pm seeing that my free time was over and threatened to take the matter up to hello peter if I do not receive the call. I received the call at 12:00 pm but still, I was also still transferred. My free time got over and I requested to be called t 4:00 pm seeing that I had no other free time to talk. I was promised the call but even till now, I still await the call. I have missed all my free times at work as well as my lunch time for nothing but being left with nothing but frustration.
