Not one person can tell what debit order is for
I've had to resort to this channel to get an answer from anyone in Regent. I picked up a debit order that has been going off my account, and all I want to know is what policy do I have with the company. I was on the phone for close to 15 minutes, and after speaking to FIVE PEOPLE who kept forwarding me to another department I have had it.<br> <br> All I want to know is the purpose of the monthly deduction from my account.
