NOT ANSWERING PHONE CALLS

<p>I cannot understand what is the purpose of having an insurance policy with a company that NEVER seems to pick up their calls. Also, I'm not sure what's the purpose of having an insurance policy that you cannot even make use of. Regent is completely useless. I WANT TO CANCEL MY POLICY WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. SEND THAT CANCELATION ASAP. I'm done with you guys.</p>
