Nor paying out accident claim

<p>We've been client's of Regent for the past four years. Very little hassle ever with them.</p> <p>However, we were involved in a car accident and we supp**** Regent with all the information from photo's to the police report etc.</p> <p>Now we're getting told that they are instituing recoveries against the other party involved. We are willing to pay the excess but we require the write-off value of the car as we are urgently needing to replace it.</p> <p>I had been warned about Regent but I honestly did not believe they could be this bad....turns out I was wrong! They are worse!!!!!! </p>
