No word on claim submission.

<p>I submitted a claim based on my policy (number is CLF057482POL) with regards to settling the outstanding settlement amount of my car. I submitted this claim on 2016/05/24. I have not yet received any feedback regarding this claim or the progress thereof. I am also not expecting to pay an installment on my car as of 2016/07/01, as I have already submitted the claim in May. Should any future installments be paid by me, I expect Regent Insurance in compensating me of installments made on my car as of 2016/07/01.
