NO SERVICE

<p>I took out a policy about 2 years ago, and still did not receive a document. Sent an e-mail 8 days ago, received e-mail that I would be called within 48 hours - I am still waiting. I have no idea what exactly I am covered for, but I have to pay monthly ! If that is the way you operate, what will happen if I have to claim???????</p>
