I took out a Paint Tech Warranty when I bought my car 4 years ago. Every single time I have tried to claim it as been and epic mission.

Firstly, I can NEVER get through on the claims number. I am left holding for 20 minutes until I eventually give up. I've had to send numerous emails, which take days to get a reply. And then the response is incredibly unhelpful.

Now I would like to take my car for the yearly wheel alignment that was offered and I first have to put in a claim?? Seriously??

PAINT TECH WARRANTY IS THE BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY EVER!!!!
