NO RESPONSE FOR MY CLAIM
I have a policy with REGENT for scratches , dents etc I joined them from 2015 ,in September my car was accidentally scratched then I put a claim .I was given 2 panelbeaters for quotations and then the quotations were sent back to Regent . then I was told to send back the claim form of which I did . since then I haven't received any response from Regent . I wrote an email to ********** they rep**** saying they will follow up with the assessment team .SINCE from September I've been waiting
