No response for claims

I'm supposed to put in a claim for minor chips ,dents and scratches on my car but who must I claim with because this company seems to not exist. When I tried to claim the number just rings and no answer then eventually you get a message saying you must claim online but I claimed a few times and there is never a response, it has been months of no response or acknowledgement of the claim. I'm thinking of reporting this company to the ombudsman and NCR. They are ***** and funny thing is that they keep sending stupid letters claiming they provide these services. Please do not be fooled because they do not provide any services at all.It might be a ghost company.They provide numbers that they do not answer and they don't respond to online claims.
