NO HELP AFTER HOURS WHEN PIPE BURST

I got home at 17:00 to find water leaking out of the wall in my bathroom, so I phone Regret Insurance \Care Line"after being disconnected 5 times by various operators I am told because the source of the leak is not visible they cannot help until the morning .... I must either break open the wall myself so they can send a plumber"
